I think snow storm should be higher than sand storm. My reasons are that first up, the snow storm freezes sone of your plants (if i remembered correctly) and also, because there are lane switching tiles, some zombies could swoosh over them, ending up in places they shouldn't be, which is fun. Im not sure if it actually happens in game, but it should be possible and is a fun hypothetical. So yeah, I think it is better tgan stand storm, because that one just spawns zombies more forward

More doesn't mean better, first it's the exact copy of sandstorm, that just puts zombies forward, it uses the world mechanic that its just freezing the plants, doesn't have anything original, its just annoying and easy to deal with and depending on difficulty, all you need a certain plant positioning. It's a bad ambush, just compare it to necromancy, there are a lot of ways to deal with, rewards if you play well, punishes if you dont.

For Pirate Seas, I would personally pick the barrel roller just because of how much of a shield the barrel is and how he instakills plants.

Ghost pepper is a gemniaum plant you get with 100 gems and I use it to take out wizard zombie cause the goatifi only effects plants that can be eaten

Citron is a pretty op plant, especially with plant food. "Okay damage"? His damage is ment to be high, soooo..... He is not that good but hes not the worst. I would replace him with EM Peach

Heres why: Spring bean is kind of op if you use it right Citron is op too if u use it right and the e.m peach is the worst in far future In big wve beach Bowling bulb is good, u just gotta use it right.
