Hi po, Miss Jo. Is it healthy po to just eat oats with banana in the morning for breakfast? I have been doing it for more than a yr. I don't know if what I'm doing is healthier compared to eating rice and ulam.

I really love this series! It's like you're my online accountability buddy, and I love the little nuggets of wisdom. Everytime I hit a wall, I remind myself to be gracious. That it's okay, one day at a time.

Hello, could u please make a video on how to gain weight via healthy diet as a struggling working college student? With academic pressure, work, and extracurriculars, I've found it a chore to even feed myself 3 times a day, and what I do eat, isn't always exactly healthy. I'd really appreciate some tips -- as well as recipes or suggestions for low-cost meals that are both hearty and nutritious. Thank you so much. Your videos really help comfort me and push me into being a healthier version of myself. ❤️

I hope you'll also create something like this for those who have kidney probs :<< I have lupus nephritis and being on prednisone (i am on 30 mg now) is a struggle as it stimulates my appetite. My main goal is to maintain weight and have a balanced diet. You're also the only filipino nutritionist-dietitian that I trust here on the internet!!❤

Ms. Jo, ano po kaya ang possible cause; from 50kg naging 52kg ako even after calorie deficit?
@itsjosebastian6 күн бұрын
It can be water weight, muscle mass, food volume. Especially if overnight weight gain fluctuations talaga. If over weeks, possible na hindi na deficit and need to reassess.

Hi Jo! Can you share your thoughts about doing a short walk after a meal? It's said to help manage the glucose level which could be beneficial for diabetics or non diabetics. Thanks pretty! 💕
@itsjosebastian7 күн бұрын
Mostly for diabetics or those with blood sugar concerns to help utilize the sugar!
