Hi po, Miss Jo. Is it healthy po to just eat oats with banana in the morning for breakfast? I have been doing it for more than a yr. I don't know if what I'm doing is healthier compared to eating rice and ulam.

Hello, could u please make a video on how to gain weight via healthy diet as a struggling working college student? With academic pressure, work, and extracurriculars, I've found it a chore to even feed myself 3 times a day, and what I do eat, isn't always exactly healthy. I'd really appreciate some tips -- as well as recipes or suggestions for low-cost meals that are both hearty and nutritious. Thank you so much. Your videos really help comfort me and push me into being a healthier version of myself. ❤️

I hope you'll also create something like this for those who have kidney probs :<< I have lupus nephritis and being on prednisone (i am on 30 mg now) is a struggle as it stimulates my appetite. My main goal is to maintain weight and have a balanced diet. You're also the only filipino nutritionist-dietitian that I trust here on the internet!!❤

It can be water weight, muscle mass, food volume. Especially if overnight weight gain fluctuations talaga. If over weeks, possible na hindi na deficit and need to reassess.
