Can relate especially on the workouts to punish the body - I got myself injured in the process. That was such a wake up call! Thanks for reminding us to listen to our bodies when we eat :)

She's been vegan for years until now. As long as veggies and fruits are well washed and clean. Doesn't have to organic.
