It’s a mess in Thailand, Red and Blue are totally business collusion(talking about color, not brand). Eric(Thai) from Blue always play golf at best short golf course in Bangkok and made under table deal with Red operational executives. He also corrupts the company through distributors, suppliers and supply chain area. Son of ex marketing director has been hired by him to ensure he will have corrupt successor after his left company. He also send the secondary son of ex marketing director to work with one of the global foods and nutrition company in Thailand in the traditional trade sales due to this is the area Eric corrupted company through distributors. one day the mentioned secondary son of ex marketing director will swap to blue company as to be one of the corrupt successor too. Lets see! Both Blue and Red has agreed to separate market to be leader. Red took traditional trade while Blue took modern trade. Then, they do not have to increase their market share and can fool their HQ people. This also risk to the anti market collusion law and antitrust laws for the investors. If corporate does not make any investigation on it, that means they also agree! There are witnesses and evidences there for any independent lawyers to bring this up!!
