I had a similar problem with two Full Art of Lillie (the UPR 151/156 one in French and the Japanese SM-P 397 one) in really great shape and they both came back as a 6 by PSA. I've found it weird since, beside a really light miscentering at the back of the UPR one(unfortunately quite common on the French cards), the cards don't have a single white dot nor scratch. So, I broke the casings and send them back to an other Grading Company, CollectAura, and I've got a 9.5 (Surface, corners and border having a 10 and centering a 9.5 [like I suspected]) on the UPR card and a 10 on the SM-P.

Psa grading is like letting your toddler say if it’s a nice card or not. It’s just a personal opinion of one person which can always change. There should be a better methodology to grade cards with more consistent results

I’ve said for a long time PSA hasn’t been grading correctly or has in fact been downgrading so PSA10 pop doesn’t go up, same issue as WATA.

Ummmmm do they not tell you why they get the grades they do??? They seriously do not say things like “centering is off” or “slight white speck on back bottom left hand corner” or “print line can be seen on front” etc???? If they don’t you know they’re just scamming you for more money.

I sent brand new pack fresh Pikachu gyrados hat Holo and Pikachu attacking dedenne they came back 6s despite being flawless I cracked and sold raw years later I realised they probably just wrote on a post it and flipped it. Psa is basically a complete joke

It's also the other way around. I saw PSA 10's wich where totally off centered

Im sure there is someone thats grading as 5/6 and buying them after on market as 5 or 6 and then regrading them as 9/10 and make a good money of it

there honestly should be a class action lawsuit involved against PSA for the amount of times this has happened with regrading cards.

This looks like PSA is obviously unqualified or up to something, they should have a penalty for the corrupt graders who obviously are giving horrible grades to mint cards for no reason...

its not you its not the cards sadly PSA has had a bad rep lately with grading cards that are clearly a 10 to something like a 5 only for you to resubmit but if you pay higher the 2nd time iv seen 5s be 10s its kind of rigged and idk what's going on over there they are getting greedy

PSA needs to provide grading notes with ALL their cards, no matter the service level. Stop being lazy PSA and stop scamming us!

I never liked card grading as it is. It always feels subjective. We should have a clear chart or somehting saying every single thing that can affect grading and by how much. Then all graded cards ahould have a list of where and why it was affected with notes on the actual location on the card so you can see for yourself.

If that Gengar got a PSA 6 im curious as to what my Rayquaza (valued at $4,300 PSA 10) would get lol. And mine IS NOT perfect condition by any means lol. PSA based off this would probably refuse to even grade it
