I swear Ricky is laughing and Bowie just goes through it unfazed. Genius.

He's actually quite a talented actor, don't forget He's already featured in several big movies so it's nothing new to him.

That wasn’t his last interview. This was 20 years before his death

I think you meant to put 10 years before his death. Extras wasn't even a thing in 1996.

Bowie was a true Renaissance Man. Talented in everything he did, whether comedy, painting, philosophy and music. The world lost a large fragment of its soul when you went home, Starman. We miss you, every day.

Not his last interview. This was part of the outtakes from the 'Extras' Ricky Gervais series. And David here is self depricating and still in character when said he contributed those weak jokes and comedy advice. 😂 The whole series was about actors and famous people playing exaggerated narcissistic versions of themselves.

Not an interview. This was an outtake on the Ricky Getvais ‘Extras’ series - where actors and famous people play narcissistic exaggerated versions of themselves. Here he’s still in character!

Bowie seemed so genuine and down to earth, but at the same time unbelievably cool. Someone you could easily get along with, but also would be in awe of at the same time. So much great music, he touched many people and he went to Heaven a bit earlier than I expected. God bless David Bowie!

I remember his last tour, i was there with some friends. He seemed off most of the time and seemed sluggish like something was off. He did the show and that was it. We went home. Needless to say he suffered a heart attack later. But we did not think it would be his last tour ever and he just disappeared fromt he limelight. You have to also remember this was before smartphones and social media. RIP Starman and Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence.
