Hi Simon, I like you to understand that Male circumcision is carried out for medical and Abrahamic covenant reasons, Female Genital Mutilation-FGM on the other hand has no medical benefit.

If it really was done for medical reasons then you would see people, especially medical professionals, form non practicing communities, also practice it just as we see covid19 vaccines used across all communities. If it was practiced due to Abrahamic covenant reasons then the accompanying commands would likewise be followed ie slaves would also have been mutilated, and those not obeying would be persecuted. It is only a minority of the followers of the Abramhic religions which practice it and it is even condemned in the New Testament. ...
