Looks like there is an allen key that needs to be removed to rotate the brake lever.

This is the best thing to learn period. Anyone who can fix emission faults will be well rewarded in this field. Name your price. Most of our repairs are emissions bs. Millions of dollars are spent on this bs for our fleet

M2 with the 6.7 tensioner seems like it’s way to loose. Moves way to much New vs old seems the same. Bad design I think.

So where is the valve located. Is it the quick release valve?

It’s built into the park brake valve itself. He didn’t mention that.

Just bought a 1994 Chevy Kodiak rollback with a manual transmission that has this parking brake system. I wrenched on big trucks and buses for several years but never heard of this before. Will have to investigate. Thanks for the info👍🤟

Do you have single checks on the front of each tank? Both tanks are draining in my dump truck by draining only one tank. They also air up at the same time which they have never done. That just started recently and I'm trying to get it sorted out. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for posting this! When you say it “locks” in place, is there a physical locking mechanism or is it just held up pulled by the tension? I have a very similar lever on my P30 motorhome and there’s no secondary locking mechanism (like a button on a car’s parking brake lever) which is a little scary. I worry I might bump this while working under the dash or getting in and out. But they must be pretty reliable otherwise they wouldn’t be on all those trucks/MHs right?

My question is... when is someone going to do a video explaining how to test OAT type diesel engine coolant? This video, like so many others, is about testing older coolant technology. OAT Extended Life coolant does NOT require adding supplements.

Pintle hooks are not supposed to be lubricated where the lunette ring sets. This attracts dirt and road grime that can cause premature wear.

I'm not understanding. So the anti-compounding valve sends air on both sides of the brake chamber? Can you show that?
