All the comments about hygiene and non-hygiene. All I'm shocked by is him holding the wok with his fingers. Uncle must have some numb fingers to just grab the wok on his edge. I can't even stand the temperature of the bath water my wife uses~

If I am not mistaken this is ABC Market hokkien noodle. There was a long queue up to be honest after going for first time I would not go back for a second time the noodle is too wet and Soggy. Basically when I received by food I only see Noodle and bee hoon . The eggs is nowhere to be found.

I am all for supporting our local small hawkers but this hawker is rather unhygienic. His prawn stock pot need not be under his head as he cooks, his perspiration is likely to drip in. Should really take a short 5 mins to clean up his work area. Not cook so flamboyantly and splash stock, flip noodles everywhere outside the wok. If you know how to cook, this isn't the way. Look at chef Wang Gang - he is very professional, skilful and very clean. Adding leftovers into the dish and food which had fallen out of the wok back in is just wrong! I would rather cook this for myself at home hygienically and with more prawns and seafood than patronise his stall. This sort of thing wouldn't inspire others to try hawker food if they haven't tried it before.

Just a hint, eat nigiri pieces (fish on rice) with your hands not the chopsticks - that's traditional and it's what your chef expects/wants. Only if it's sashimi (just the raw fish pieces) is it appropriate to use the chopsticks.

aku paling tak suka @ rimas dengan stail burger macam ni.. sos yang keterlaluan banyak dan banjir dah macam nak makan rojak.. stail makan pun dah kena pakai garpu.. melalut bagi aku..
