That bug is a little bit normal a lot of people have seen that red plataform in other maps when new chapter's release like the hag one it was corrected after days i think but yea it's not game breaking.

That's why when I use it I'll use warfarer and have mystic spearhand and archer. Mystic spearhand for the invincible shield and archer for the arrow then just go right next to the dragon and shoot it.

I'm sure the game automatically save and overwrites all saves once you fire the arrow.

If you must know, the arrow itself has a stronger drop and less speed than the other arrows in the game. So i was caught by surprise (And of course the dragon devices to lift his body up the second I loose the arrow XD)

I'm on NG+ so I think the arrow resets in the shop. Which if that's true. You could get multiple for each NG+ you complete without using it. That's my theory as to how it works. Not sure yet!
