One pokemon just soloed most of their team. pokemon showdown: Random 6v6

It's probably my 6th battle in Pokemon showdown. The last pokemon game I played was X and Y. waay back when they released. So I forgot what types counter what, except the basic grass, fire, water electricity. (That's basic knowledge)
But this yellow dude somehow won me the entire fight that I was losing XD
And yes these were random teams they give us.
