As a woman, I've noticed this a few times too. For example, at my school we have a uniform and if the male principle ever dress codes a girl, the girls immediately start trashtalking him and saying he's a creep for looking at them even if it's something so obvious like not wearing a blazer. Another example, I was at a store once and when I payed for my stuff, I held out my money and the male cashier was practically shaking and trying really hard not to touch my hand even slightly, to the point where I just put the coin in his hand. This is something I've never noticed female cashiers do. I guess you could say it was just basic politeness but where I live, it's really not a big deal to most people to touch someone's hand for a few seconds.
