I like Hangman's Alley, its great location and can be made into a nice little settlement with a cool vibe, but the spawn point for super-mutants is literally inside of its walls, draining resources. Its a bad situation. What was Bethesda thinking ?

Yeah I have a 40 job with a mortgage. No time to waste on this kind of project. I’m going back to learning how to make an actual garden.

I love this type of builds that are small and looks like "hommies' hub" or small neighbourhoods. I'd love to see more like this. Don't get me wrong, I do like all those impressive settlement builds that look like big cities, but most of them are quite unachievable without the help of mods or other tricks. And let's not forget that the bigger, the laggier the game.

This is modded for sure. You cannot build that high. I have a save where I was trying to see how far I can build in Hangman's Alley, and you can't build near as high as the rooftops.

Why should I lie? Try again, on the rooftop of the apts i didn't built just because of that limit, but you can still place the wind turbine, or maybe we are running 2 different versions of fallout 4

Did you use any mods to get rid of those wooden houses that can't be scraped or you just blended the concrete walls in them ? Can't see I would like to do a Cyberpunk-ish little town with it

No mods, just blend, sometimes only the single concrete pillar did the job

Looks very nice. But, IMO, it is hard to defend in case of attacks. I always keep open one of 3 entrance and all arms and defense systems have that entrance on target. If you have 3 entrances opened, Hangman's alley can be easy target on highest difficulty.
