Justin's best cooking advice ever was "Don't cook with no wine that you would not drink". I gar-on-tee.

My introduction to Justin Wilson was on a vinyl record my Dad had with the story of The Alligator Shoes. I LOVED that story. 😅

What made his show awesome wasn't his cooking but the stories he would tell while he cooked.

If a person doesn't know how to make cat heads, then they either need to go to culinary arts school or hopefully marry someone that knows how to cook.

Some may ask, what is Rotel ( Rotelle)? : it is a tuoe of simple “salsa” used in SW cuisine: It comes in a can and it consists of a mix of vine ripened diced tomatoes mixed with diced green chilies. If you can’t find a can of Rotel in the store, it is easily made at home, probably better, with fresher ingredients. Enjoy!
