I remember watching Justin Wilson when I was a kid. My mom and I were watching this episode and I wanted to try it. She got some of the ingredients and we made this together and it turned out delicious, even though she couldn't afford everything the recipe called for. I had been looking for this particular recipe and episode for some time.

He learned to cook from his mother she was a creative cook she can make something out of nothing but he was a civil engineer by trade
