Victrip Electric Bike I just received a VicTrip Titon S but the computer will not turn on... Is there a common fix for this problem? Battery is fully charged, key is turned on and I have tried pressing every button for 60 seconds but nothing will respond. *After unboxing the bike, I noticed one of the cables was unplugged but it appears to go to Front Brake Handle.

I just bought the victrip titan I ordered it off of Amazon on 5-20-2024 and it's the Macon color my name is Mike bjork from Washington State it arrived and when I opened the box the front light was broken off and the front fender is bent and on the backside is scratched,the brakes rubbed really bad I had to adjust them also when i was riding my bike today I pulled both rear and front brakes to see how good it would stop and the bolt that screws into the caliper popped out and brake fluid came out so not front brakes I absolutely love this bike it's amazing and very nice looking I need to find out how to get my new light and fender.

I would like to know the same thing. When I press and hold the plus and minus buttons. It takes me to SPp mode. Plus, after I enter the code I don’t know how to enter it. What do I do? Just wait? These bikes are so confusing. But I wanna shut down the speed control because I could be going down the biggest hill and it won’t let the bike go faster than 35.7 mph.

Hi，Only one hex screw needs to be loosened, and the other four Phillips screws with rubber pads do not need to be loosened. After loosening the hex screws, gently press the cushion and push back. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
