Can you show me how to go back to factory reset? I messed wit the settings and now it wont go over 15 mph and it wont show the speed on the screen no more

Hi, i have the same display but i don't have the Speed Level Change Operation with the %, i only can choose from 0-3,0-5,0-7,0-9 PAS modes to choose from, can this % levels be programmed into my controller? I have a 7GO EB2 ebike( also on my menu it's 05P not 03P)
