Yes, us Mexican people are very affectionate and love to hug. As for them preferring women to stay in the home, it has a lot to do with us being very traditional, that's how most of us are raised. Yes, we love to party, mainly because we love to be in good company whether it's our family, or friends. We like to enjoy life.

...."with them?" honey Bunny! you may very well know how to speak Spanish?... but when it comes understanding your own grammar/thought process while expressing yourself you got all your work cut out for you! he in a Nut shell ? (so you can understand what we mean!)... " using terms such as them? has connotations of racism which we are sure you did Not mean! however defining yourself more advance? in understanding the Spanish language ? is one thing understanding who you married! is another?..." how can we put this perspective " He (your Husband is not a Spaniard? far from it! .... he is however by definition and by place of his own birth a Mejicano! but Most importantly a True Maya!. Ps. " and PJ Am not from Mexico! but Am too !Hispanic and highly regard the Mayan people! for their commitment to both a rigorous work ethic and that of family. this Man may not be the good looking prince charming of your dreams but he is as all Mayans tend to be? honest! and hard working loving (and partying! can you blame them) people, may your shared love last forever! .... on a personal note your parent raised you right! for if you can see and find value? in any person's heart regardless of ethnic backgrounds! and how physically they may look? you are way ahead of the game Child! May the Good Lord bless your Union keep you in his love and the love that you both share towards each other! and remember always hold your head up high and proudly introduce him as your own loving Husband.... Be well 💯❤

1. Not true their is a lot of mexican who are low key.2 the Spanish is based on region unfortunately we use a lot if slang3 .yes majority of women are more traditional But that depends on the situation.5. Food is not always hoist on you but a drink is. 6. A hug is an easy hug not a bear hug not in my mexican home their is only hand shake.you have to understand that a lot of behaviors very depending on the region just like the food and even some of the customs

I love the Hispanic/Latino way of relating! I lived in Mexico for five years. Grew to enjoy the warmth in human connections. Saw this in Argentina, a very different country, too. Now that I'm home again I'm struck by how distant we are from one another, physically and emotionally. It's sad, really ..

"...more advanced than most white people...." Yeah, because pretty much every other ethnicity automatically know Spanish. 🙄 The term, you should use, is "non-native speakers" or you know, ANY OTHER DANG TERM!!! Oh, and "Latino Church"???? Wtf? Just say "Spanish Mass". 🤣

I'm a white guy working for a hispanic boss and while we have our communication problems, he is the best boss Ive ever had. Ive learned a lot about not only work ethic but also how to separate work and home life and how important that is. Home time is family time. That has transformed my life for the better and my marriage is stronger and more passionate than ever. His wife bring us all sorts of amazing foods every Saturday for lunch. It's crazy how many different ways they approach foods from different regions of Mexico. Truly amazing persons.

Absolutely nothing listed is exclusively Mexican. All languages have dialects, usually more than one. Including the US. I am just guessing, but I seriously doubt that you have ever spent anytime in Europe. Nor have you ever been exposed to southern (as in US) culture. US Americans are thought of as prudish, standoffish, and seldom showing affection, especially not in formal situations. Which is not true. As for parties, most US Americans have large celebrations. Ranging from posh to simple pot luck type celebrations. You are blessed to have a husband who is not offended by your erroneous claims that such customs are strictly Mexican. Especially considering that they are not. One final point…do you seriously believe that only Mexican women work in the home, tending to the children, and household?

I know this is an old video. But I think the "sleeping with pets" thing is not related to health issues. Here at Mexico City it's really common to have access to vaccines for free (or paid) and we don't do that... At least most of the people I know don't. Great video by the way!!

I an a lady in the US, who has a crush on a Mexican man who is 10 years younger than I. For near a year he has been a Gyrokinesis trainer. After a few months of his class, a crush developed. He is 50's and has said positive statements OR HE PICKS ON ME. Which makes me laugh, I really like that he makes me laugh. NOW, I wonder how to gracefully give him my telephone number with a message that we may have much in common. Requesting any thoughts that Bunny may offer.

Please don't hurt a man.

Also there is the funny thing that happens where a lot of issuez or interpersonal items are not discussed regularly, but instead all come out in large emotional outpouring and then periods of silence and denial. I am used to steady stream of discussion and emotional displays of affection with occassional drama.😂
