I'm a white guy working for a hispanic boss and while we have our communication problems, he is the best boss Ive ever had. Ive learned a lot about not only work ethic but also how to separate work and home life and how important that is. Home time is family time. That has transformed my life for the better and my marriage is stronger and more passionate than ever. His wife bring us all sorts of amazing foods every Saturday for lunch. It's crazy how many different ways they approach foods from different regions of Mexico. Truly amazing persons.

I really had better gringo bosses than Hispanic ones because Hispanics as bosses are sometimes very bad.

You’re not joking about the party for any reason. My Mexican neighbors built a driveway and when they finished it they threw a party for that reason. 😂

As Hispanics, we are very affectionate. Its how we are raised and continue to pass it down to our kids. Everybody hugs everybody ! lol

I love the Hispanic/Latino way of relating! I lived in Mexico for five years. Grew to enjoy the warmth in human connections. Saw this in Argentina, a very different country, too. Now that I'm home again I'm struck by how distant we are from one another, physically and emotionally. It's sad, really ..

Yes, us Mexican people are very affectionate and love to hug. As for them preferring women to stay in the home, it has a lot to do with us being very traditional, that's how most of us are raised. Yes, we love to party, mainly because we love to be in good company whether it's our family, or friends. We like to enjoy life.

Im Mexican, born and raised in Mexico and now married to... my wife is White. Not all Mexicans are affectionate. I know I dont give hugs as much as I should. My wife will hug me more than I will hug her. I personally believe this is because of the way I was raised back in the day. Love/affection wasnt shown to me very much as a child. My dad spent years in the US working to provide for us. Mom always worked. I think this has resulted on me not being affectionate. I do love my wife. I can't see myself married to a Mexican woman lol love my Guerita

Yes and we do believe live languages also still play a role. The hugging we were talking about was honestly more about friends and acquaintances as forms of greeting. Thanks for watching !

Also there is the funny thing that happens where a lot of issuez or interpersonal items are not discussed regularly, but instead all come out in large emotional outpouring and then periods of silence and denial. I am used to steady stream of discussion and emotional displays of affection with occassional drama.😂

Food is not always hoist on you but a drink is. 6. A hug is an easy hug not a bear hug not in my mexican home their is only hand shake.you have to understand that a lot of behaviors very depending on the region just like the food and even some of the customs

I an a lady in the US, who has a crush on a Mexican man who is 10 years younger than I. For near a year he has been a Gyrokinesis trainer. After a few months of his class, a crush developed. He is 50's and has said positive statements OR HE PICKS ON ME. Which makes me laugh, I really like that he makes me laugh. NOW, I wonder how to gracefully give him my telephone number with a message that we may have much in common. Requesting any thoughts that Bunny may offer.

Well of course you do Joy! I never understood why a women would not go after a man you like. It's crazy not to! Just tell him you enjoy being around him, give him your number and ask him to hang out with you? Go do something he likes to do. If you are toxic, hateful, angry, please leave him alone. Please don't hurt a man.

Some men carry years of pain inflicted by women and we don't talk about it. Do you know how to treat a man? I don't know the situation. If you always treat him with respect, kindness a man would want to be close to you and will feel love for you. 1. Husbands love your wives 2. Wives submit to your husbands We do terrible damage to each other when we fail to follow these 2 commandments from God. Nobody knows these rules and every divorce and broken home is the result of violating these 2 rules.
