Welcome to the stable, Ebony! I’m not as tall as you are, but just from what you’ve said about the bike makes it an intriguing prospect for me. Beautiful machine. Thanks for sharing, Chris! Ride Safely! Okay!! Had to take a breath before commenting. I applaud your activation of common sense and restraint. Let me tell you, there was a time when I reacted the extreme opposite of you. I mean pull in front of, stop, kickstand down, off the bike, they backed up and took off. That’s when I saw myself, enraged, in the middle of the road. Not a pretty sight. Thankfully, I’ve learned restraint since then. Stay safe, my brother!

V-Strom caught my eye. I am a BIG fan of the V-Strom. I picked up a used 2006 DL-650 in 2015 that had 22,343 miles on it. And I am currently at 71,500 miles with no problems. I did have to replace the brake rotors and pads at 68,000 miles but she still runs like it did the day I brought it home. I added huge saddle bags to it a year after getting it and have visited 40 or the lower 48 states. I did notice that your new 2024 had spoked wheels. Mine has mag wheels. I try to spread the word to other riders about a newly purchased riding accessory I purchased this year and it's called the Brake Free light that mounts on the back of the helmet. I love it !
@christophersmith5116Ай бұрын
That's very impressive the Miles you have! I hear these things have really good reliability. Mine being the DE model has Spoked wheels and the standard model will have Mag style wheels. I've actually have seen that Brake light. Thank you for watching and Commenting.
@painsridesАй бұрын
What!!?? 😁 The V-Stroms are hard to beat, that bike will take you anywhere and it'll do it over & over again. If I was forced to buy a new bike right now it would be the 800DE, because I'd aim to use it more off-road.
