Nothing kills the positive vibes I get from riding like worrying about something totally unrelated to motorcycling. Be it family, work, or what have you. I guess you can say I struggle with leaving it all behind. On another note Glad your back out on Big Black cruising on 75.

I know that felling about leaving the Family behind, but it makes for better trip coming back to Family. Thanks "G"

Wow Chris, eye problems are no joke. Hope you keep getting better. For me the main thing that ruins my trips is they end at work. Most every time I set out on a long trip I find myself back at work and it just ruins the whole experience.

Darn you Chris for having such a great channel and a great motovlogging voice. Now I have to go and watch a whole lot of videos here on your channel. Very nice content and I enjoy your relaxed talking and nice bike! There is not much that will ruin a motorcycle trip for us. No one likes getting caught in the rain but you make the best of it you will dry off. Now if we get somewhere and it is going to rain for days we tend to move on to another location. Good luck my friend with your eye and hope you get everything fixed up. Ride Safe

Not so much the rona but the heat. On mcrider s recommendation I picked up a cyclechiller solo. Kept me going on a 96 degree day. Going to Colorado next Sunday. Picked up the ultimate rain gear, klim forecast jacket and pants. Goretex and pricey but works a lot better than frog toggs. My B performed great in the rain last time. Was able to match cager and truck speed and drive thru the storm. Looking for cool temps next week.

The heat can be a Killer... Hope you have a good ride to Colorado and don't have to use your new Rain Gear. Got to love that "B" Thanks You for watching and supporting.

hey chris what almost did it for me was. me and the little lady was going to wingding 40. we was leaving out saturday moring so I check the oil level. long story short . the bike was asking crazy 20 mins into the ride with a loud sound so we stop at a motorcycle shop on the way and get it fix . which I don't put the oil stick back in right . so we get the bike fix start to wingding 40 and get inside started looking around and people said that the wingding was closing in 15 mins . I was like what the hick. so I bougth me a hat and we went some where to eat and rode back to Atlanta. but we still had a great time.

So far the Rona has not affected any plans for local riding. Now out of state riding, things that may affect that is work and such if they say the state I want to ride to is on a list that if I go and pick up the Rona they want might want me to take a certain amount of time and mess with how they want to pay you 😳👊🏼✌🏼

A breakdown will ruin a ride every time. Rain is more of a disappointment, especially when I just cleaned her up. Currently, Corona ruins every ride by having me think about it and canceling my road trips to Georgia and New York. Great topic. Thanks for sharing. Stay Healthy & Ride Safely, my brother!

Good motovlog Christopher. Ive experienced all things you mentioned and more. And while all of them suck when they're happening, i tend to approach them as part of the adventure. A good story for future telling or remembering. Covid is different. It has disrupted everything and stolen a bit of my zest for riding. I want to go places but I feel restricted. So many plans cancelled. Oh we'll, everything happens for a reason. Good to see you out making a video and taking a ride. Be well my friend and take good care of those eyes.

I have only had one thing happen to me that put a damper on my trip , when I crashed my bike. Other than that.. Any trip I have been on, I have always had a great time, and made the best of it . I really couldn't complain. Shoot even when I crashed, I made the best of it haha. Glad to see your eye is feeling better.

I was on a long trip to the Everglades on my VStrom a couple of years back. After a few nights of tent camping, I ended up feeling pretty sick. Long story short, had to turn around and cut the trip short by a couple of days. But I don't consider that trip ruined, because what we did do was absolutely amazing! Recently I took Big Yeller on a camping trip, ran into off and on rain, and heavy downpours on my way home, but the trip was still excellent! Video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iomnlaKibMx6rpI I guess a breakdown could ruin a trip, but I guess I tend to focus on what I did get to do, rather than what I missed out on.... Great video, stay well, and Merry Christmas! Patrick
