This narrator is completely wrong .. those old bonsai were collected in wild .. as most bonsai are collected or field grown to expedite results. Those old bonsai weren’t grown from seed, they were collected.. high quality can be achieved in easily 10 -20 years .. hardly as long as they say .. that is an outsiders view but not the views as those who actually practice it

Hi I am analyzing my pool data of same trials over different locations. It is a mix model with both random and fix factors. I want to run the LSD analysis using the interaction df and MSE in my LSD calculation and mean separation, but don't know how to do it in R. Could you advise? Thanks

I see there are four groups which are equivalent to treatments. Why are you calculating the summary of four groups together. I think calculating the summary of four groups individually will be more logical in statistical sense so that we can directly look at the mean of four groups for a parameter. What R code can we use for calculating the summary or mean of a individual group for individual parameter. Thanks
