Won't produce much thrust when most of the fuel burns outside of the combustion chamber

That's what an afterburner is, dipstick. It's combustion outside of the combustion chamber, AFTER the primary combustion event, hence the term AFTERburner. And they produce quite a bit of thrust. Also, this is an EDF, so it has no combustion chamber. Way to put your lack of knowledge on display. Jeez.

roll up some stainless steel screen and add some 1/4" holes in it toward one end.. insert it into the afterburner so that it forms a cone inside the burner. inject your fuel on the outside of the screen between screen and burner housing. in essence build a flame tube inside the burner. this will allow you to put in more fuel without it being burned outside the burn chamber.. more thrust.

Dieser Hügel zwischen Westgartshausen und Goldbach ist einfach sagenhaft schön! Habe da mal vor einiger Zeit gelebt und habe viele schöne Erinnerungen daran... Danke für das tolle Video!
