Sounds like you have a layer shift which direction does it go in? either way id then check your belts are tight enough, and maybe try looking at your speed settings, mainly around acceleration.

@@TheRealSamPrentice now that issue isn’t happening but the extrusion is all messed up. It’s like the printer is having a brain fart when it prints. Idk is it’s the g code not liking the nebula pad or what. I’ve done al the tests to set it up and it still won’t work good.

I am going to be the person to say .. "Stop making printers SO user friendly. I want to keep my business for a bit longer =) .. I always see people targeting Noobs, but won't flat out admit why they are doing it. They do not like that others can easily hop into their hobby or business. It's very nice to get a lot of interest into 3D printers, but I do not want EVERYONE to have one ... YET =)

@@AwdRegalI wasn’t being rude, the thing is that if I had to keep an eye on links in all videos it would be an impossible task. Kay3ds Demise was a terrible shame! I gave up on mine as well. Had issues with the bed leveling, couldn’t adjust the temp mid print, would disconnect from WiFi constantly, god forbid if you have to take the hotend apart. @@TheRealSamPrentice they sent me an sp5 core xy in which worked good for about a month than the extruder output on the board went bad. They sent me a “high speed upgrade kit” for free which was replacing the old board with a new one & converting the Bowden extruder (ender 5 plus style) to a direct drive, after multiple firmware flashes the extruder wouldn’t extrude properly, sent a new board & still nothing worked. They tried to “resolve” by sending this to me & it behooves me that after a machines bed mesh is calibrated and leveled it just randomly unlevels & you redo the process only to have it chew up part of the bed. The carriage is a nightmare to take apart and half the time my display was half in Chinese or German. I gave mine away on marketplace

Nice video! Loved it, thank you for the time and effort you put into making these video's.. I also have a question.. I made a cabinet in my kitchen complete with a desk dedicated for a 3D printer work environment for my Ender3v2, 4 years ago. It has 2 compartments with 62cm in hight, 56,5cm width, 48cm deep and 2 large drawers beneath for filllament boxes. I made it because i wanted an enclosed environment for the Ender3v2 to keep the heat and noise inside.. My question is, and this may be a retorical question but i realy want to update and read somewhere that the K2 plus is 64cm high. Is this with or without the filament holder on top? 😅 Im thinking of buying the K1 Max because it would fit in there, but if the K2 Plus without the fillament holder would fit it would be better.. I cant find anything about dimensions with and without the fillament Dryer/Holder on top... If it would fit i could place the fillament dryer/holder in the top cabinet and drill a hole to the lower compartment.. If not im buying the k1 Max with an Micro Swiss extruder.. If anyone has info please lemme know.. thank you. 🥰

Had a diamond back nozzle on my ender 3 v2 and it was great till it wasn't. It can still clog and the nozzle can get coated with filament just like the others. when it clogs it clogs badly. The price point for it complete it reasonable because the nozzle alone were $100 by themselves. All in all, i loved my diamondback but don't use enough abrasive materials to get another

That is cool! I would really like to see companies move back towards a hotend/nozzle standard. I'm seeing a lot of specialized hotend systems, and that makes it very costly to get these even further specialized nozzles. I miss when everything used wither a V6 or mk8 nozzle. Hoping the FIN (from slice engineering) can become a popular standard. I love diamondback nozzles. The PCD is so nice! Thermals and abrasion resistance are through the roof. I have even printed Tungsten filament!

@@TheRealSamPrentice Well, the concept is more or less the same. CHT has just kinda become the "Kleenex" of the high flow nozzle world lol. The e3d high flow uses 4 channels to split the filament into whereas the bondtech patent uses 3. Same concept, slightly different channel shape.

@@TheRealSamPrentice I don't know about him but I do print tons of CF, I have some of my machine that exclusively print that 24/7. This is a crazy pricing for that, I have a few full hotend assembly and I only now buy OEM standalone hotend which are like 15$ and when needed I just swap one of the assembly I have so that it's quick and then remove the hot end on the spare one and get it ready for the next swap... 165$ is bunker for 1 hotend when the difference is so minimal ... I would get my money back after 11 OEM hardened steel bambu hotend that's crazy. I want to say that so far it seem that printing CF non stop 24/7 seem to push me to switch some hotend about every 3 to 6 months. Do the maths, it will take a long time to get my money back even if it does last longer then 11 OEM hotend.

Maybe you’re better to test then? It’s about design and longevity
@256alexdt
@256alexdt 8 күн бұрын
@@TheRealSamPrentice I don't mind testing ... I'll give it a few months and see what other people that print lots of CF say about it ... I personally think that swapping hotend is easy and quick ... so I don't see a huge use case at this price. If they just sold the actual hotend by itself at around 60-80$ that would be different discussion and I'd definitely be buying a few but 165 ... the whole printer if you're talking about a P1S is 599 ... you can upgrade the hotend and the gear for about 40$ ... so 640 vs 165 just for the hot end ... just seem like they had to pay a large license to Bambu and obviously I don't doubt they are expensive to make and they want to make a profit ... which make the product questionable as-is in. Again my opinion ... the product can be amazing I'm just questioning price.
