i don`t like this backhand the 3 fingers are not normal.and don`t have enough power. i play also penhold.my 3 fingers are touched the backhand rubber.when i spin with my backhand i can cover the ball. my opponent can see what kind spin on the ball or no spin

i played shake hand before. because my backhand is shit. 2 years ago i changed to the grip. (advance penhold grip.) i use my penhold grip play just like shake hand and even much better. my grip is not like hem. i smash the ball so hard with my backhand. that the power can reach 70% of my forhand.i can say that i have 2 forhand.the old style of the penhold grip the backhand has a little range. really i don't liked. and i don`t want run like a dog😀😀😀我用是直板横打.手势不同我的母指和指是拿上面的。后面三只手指按在板上的。手是放松的。当打球才五指全用力。拉就不须要的。我用是shakehand板不是penhold板

BH flick. keep your arm tight, point of pendulum should be your elbow meaning the action is based on your lower portion of your arm , your wrist is doing all the jobs, bring your racket under the incoming ball ,( depends upon the incoming speed, or spin ) then without moving your arm, by flicking your wrist you shall generate lots of spin. Your shoulder should not move your arm , keep it rigid as much as possible and practice on your wrist. It is better to have softer rubber such as DHS Hurricane 8-80 37 ° 2.1 mm, Xiom Sigma II Euro 2.2 mm, Yasaka Rising Dragon 2.2 mm, Joola Rhyzen fire Max . My favourite is DHS Hurricane 8-80 37 °. Blade is Cooper 96306, Stiga Cybershape Carbon. Best wishes.

It hits, dents the rubber a bit and then immediately bounces out. Even on slow motion, no ball ever does that, regardless of whether the rubber is soft or hard.
