Hi, our cat Číča has sts cancer. We are very afraid of euthanasia, we are very afraid of saying goodbye to her. She is ten years old and for us she is the sun in our life. We love her and can't say goodbye.... I'm sorry Bonnie. She was beautiful.

My dad has some maybe fifteen or twenty year Birkenstocks, he alternates between Milano and Arizonas but both in the Habana color I think and they are oiled leather. Two pairs of each style and they still look somewhat new. Just a quick question, so I either wear some keens, “Eva” or something else and I had a pair of them a while ago, does the soft bed feel good or is it worth it rather than getting the normal cork ones? I’m looking into it but since I’m out in a rural area I can’t go and check for a while what they’d feel like how different. Might get some this week maybe both Milano and Arizona. Thanks!

My 17 year old cat has become ill recently and for the first time I am facing the possibility of losing her. I am convinced that we will see our pets on the other side. They are beautiful souls that give us the kind of unconditional love that we never get from elsewhere. All creatures great and small, the Lord God made them all.

My cobbler told me I was better off getting the EVA Arizonas as he has noticed the cork mid soles of the newer Birks he has worked on aren't as good a quality as older ones.

I’m not a vet. Proceed at your own risk. The general rule of thumb for ivermectin dosage is 0.0015 - 0.003 mg per pound each month for heartworm prevention. Personally, I would start with the lower dosage and see how my dog responds.

Somethings very wrong here, I have bad spinal issues and am hard on shoes, I can’t just wear anything either…..I wear my Birks ALL THE TIME, and I get at least 6 months out of them, without them being trashed. After wearing Birkenstocks for about 4 years… they are and always will be my spring/summer go to.

My normal isn’t everyone’s normal, for sure. It was nearly everyday wear for two months while traveling up the Pacific Coast in our RV. Healthy mix of sand, dirt, gravel, and pavement.

I got an old bike tire and cut out a nice reinforcement piece for the heel on my shoes it works a treat and the bottom will never wear out on the heel !!!

i bought my birkenstocks around that same time and mine soles were worn out the same way after only 2 months. i bought some a few years ago and they are in much better shape. did the company change the type of materials they use?

There’s a video from cobblers plus I think of a Birkenstock resolve using vibram outsoles from hiking boots instead of the fast wearing stock rubber. I’m not sure how it impacts flexibility, but I’m considering that for my next resoles for my sandals.
