I dont believe he is self taught, they probably say that to boast his profile.

Not bad at all. I wonder what Grace thinks of this version ? And I was not expecting after nearly all the song being sung in Arabic for the last few lines to be sung in English.

had no idea this band was around in 1975. This is the disco era. They would have to wait until the Disco Demolition Night backlash before they could become stars.

I always thought Byrne was simply playing a part. I never ever thought he was ever showing his true self. In other words, the joke was on us and still is.

I think it's great that my friends in Louisiana are reconnecting to their roots. And Louisiana is completely open to its traditions. My wife is native New Orleanian and I adopted the city. We do not live there now, but will be spending a lot of time back in Louisiana after we are both retired. Lassez Les Bon Temps Rouler!

I just moved to Baton Rouge last December from Arizona to promote the French culture in Louisiana. My family has spent 3 generations in New Orleans. My 2nd great grandfather is from Bayeux in Normandy. I think what you are doing is vital to our cultural existence. Vive la France & Normandie!

This has nothing to do with republicans or democrats, you people are so damn gullible and foolish to believe that your side is the right side, when will you wake up and realize that your country is ran by men who you did not vote for? And presidents are all controlled like puppets. OPEN YOUR DAMN EYES. The same people that took out Kennedy never got brought to justice, they sit behind the scenes, and are the ones upholding the order pushing for a new World order. Time is running out, wake up

...SONG OF THE DAY!!!

You really think the coppers, once they knew who the Ripper was, would be ok for him to be secretly deposited in an mental institute. Not a chance! The world’s most notorious serial killer, who made the Metropolitan Police look like bungling amateurs. The police would want their day in court. But, in reality they had no such evidence. All we get are hazy reminiscences from retired coppers, pointing their institutional racist fingers at Johnny Foreigner and David the Jew! “My editor says the Ripper sells, and I must mention Whitechapel in my memoirs.” That bit about one Jew not testifying against a fellow Jew, gave me fits. You think the police would say, “OK, that’s alright then, away you go.”? They would threaten, blackmail the reluctant witness, “We’ll go public and, if necessary, summons you to court, where you can deny all in front a Judge!” They would be morally obliged to put a 24-hour watch on the suspect, just in case he wandered into Mary Kelly’s bedroom early November 1888?
