Great video. A clear and concise tutorial. No time wasting in faffing about with nonsensical “explanations!” I really enjoyed watching - thank you

A newbie here. Did you clean your tablet each time a new design started ? And what did you clean it with? Thank you.

I plan on doing this project soon. What a great idea. Could you please tell me what you used for the round piece that you did your stamping with that looks like it’s stuck on the little plate thing that you’re holding.

At last, the video I have been searching for! Really, really helpful advice. It can be a bit scary when you get a new gel plate and don't know what you're doing as they are quite expensive, as we all know. Now I feel a lot more confident in using and maintaining my gel plates. Thank you so much Teresa, you are a star! 🤩

Is baby oil the stuff that you clean a brand new plate with, before using it for the first time please? I've heard that you have to 'condition' a brand new plate before use? but cant get any information on what to use or how to do it and how often you should do this... many thanks

As I look at this video, I always feel like I don’t have enough washi tape and I need to go out and get more. Then I wonder what am I gonna do with them? Lol. Now I’m looking for washi tape holders. I’ve decided you can never have enough washi tape.

Could you use masking fluid to protect a design, instead of the embossing tools please? I have just bought some brusho and would like to experiment more with them. Thank you!

I am new to geli printing, and after a great deal of research and discovering Your KZbin tutorials, whichI have found to be the most instructive-thank you. You are so very generous in sharing your knowledge and experience with us so freely. I wonder if you might help me with a frustrating problem: I have been following your tutorial for one-pull multilayers with stencils - but my prints will not pull of the pad. There is just a heavy plastic mat of paint that refuses to move. I am using acrylic paint (I'm an artist) some of which is high viscosity. Could it be the paint is too thick and heavy? Maybe I have applied the paint too heavily? Could you please help?

i've seen and done so many shaving cream techniques but i have never seen it with sprays. i love the effect so much i am going to try it out! thanks for the great video... happy crafting!
@mllee58083 ай бұрын
Too much water, you are losing the special crystals effect which is the whole purpose of this product. Try a gentle mister spray type, which has a softer spray with less water.
@mllee58083 ай бұрын
The techniques are very interesting, but I had to turn off the music as I found it distracting. It was still easy to see your methods. If I may, I have a bit of advice. My impression is that a lot of the coloring crystals are being wasted and thrown away. Some of the sprinkling also seemed a bit heavy handed, and the crystals basically disappeared. Isn't the point of this product to show off the crystals, not to have it look like regular watercolor? If you were to use a better quality under paper while doing the sprinkling and spraying, it could also become useful as a design element in other projects. The paper towel that you blotted with had beautiful colors and patterns on it; it seems a shame to throw it away. It also could be used, cut up, torn, and layered, for other projects. I don't mean to seem rude, these are just my observations while watching and trying out these methods. The basic advice is excellent.Thank you for the video.

I love this idea! I was wondering... Do you know if I can use the embossing folder itself? Do I have to emboss a card stock to make this happen? I have tons of them and, anyway, it's a great idea! Thank you very much🤗
