Gel Printing with Alcohol Inks and Acrylic Paint

Alcohol inks create such beautiful patterns on the gel plate. You can change and enhance these by choosing different types and colours of acrylic paint to lift the print. This tutorial shows you some of the effects that you can create by experimenting.

Beautiful prints. I have been on the fence about adding alcohol ink to my collection and this video is another ✔️ in the get them colomn. I really really like the one with the peachy color paint

I use a glass pad to roll out inks on when applying the second layer then onto the gel plate, it prevents big blotches and gives you more control, if thats not what you are trying to achieve.
