I think the best thing is all those stats are now out in date! Worlds 2024 was October / November and he is now has 9 finals appearances. At worlds whenever T1 and Faker have qualified they’ve never got less than semi finals! I won’t say the result just in case you’d like to see yourself but the finals were amazing! I went to the quarter finals and the semi finals in Paris and then the final in London and it was one of the best experiences of my life!

You don't really need any money to get anyone in this game. You only really need to spend money if you want the maximum amount of copies of each character you want.

As a player since 2021, I can assure you it is a game worth playing - just take your time, and don't feel rushed to 'catch up' with the current version It's way better to enjoy at your own pace. All the music is FIRE!!! The story isn't bad at the start but the deep lore doesn't really hit until Sumeru, at least in my opinion. Also, you were pretty spot on with most of your assumptions!
