Great video, thanks. I have a 2013 JKU with 35's. Planning on putting a lunchbox in the rear, and probably a selectable in the front. Likely will do a regear to 4.56 as I drive it onroad quite bit and the occasional offroad when out camping, to get to more remote camping sites. Sounds like it would be a good balance with that setup.

You dont need a 9 in unless your lauching hard an 8.8 will handle roling burnouts and tons of power. Im talking about for cars. Rock crawling is not my education level.

Man, I was really hoping to see links for all the stuff you put in this video onto your jeep and your description and install it all self promoting your website and your Amazon store that doesn’t have any of that stuff on there like the distributor cap, rotor, spark, plug wires, throttlebody from eBay,all that stuff. What a bummer. I would also love to hear way more about how you figured out that your Bosch fuel injectors were bogus. I also bought Bosch fuel injectors from eBay really cheap and they had the box that said Bosch and everything. But are those bogus? That’s a whole video.

Would this have happened if you were leaf sprung still I’m thinking about putting my wheeling rig on a full c channel frame but my rear bumper would act like a cross member and I’m thinking I’d box in behind spring the mounts and put crossmembers there

So $33 for 4 adapters ..... You have a table for WELDING ....Hmmmmmm . Cut the threaded part off the clamps , get 4 6" 5/8 carriage bolts at $2.50 each , cut the threads off , WELD bolt to clamp... $10 and done . I did this and works like a charm and a tighter fit in the holes without the wobble !!! Have a nice day
@aaadamt9642 күн бұрын
Spend $150 in time, materials and wear on your equipment to avoid spending $33? Makes perfect sense.

Nice job! I'm working on my son's 1988 Dodge D100 and this upgrade is on our list. Is it still working well after three years? Is there anything you would do differently? His truck is a wiring nightmare. The duck foot fused link is bad enough but then a previous owner added some cab lights and a 7 pin trailer light hook up and a trailer brake controller. They made a mess of it. Wires tapped into wires. Shaved insulation and wrapped wires together. If I'm going into this, I'm getting rid of all that crap except maybe the cab lights. I'll find a better way to tie them in. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks a lot for making this video.
