They always will keep the ones that make the workload of 4 and only get the salary of one employee. Leave. If they tell you they're like family, RUN.

If you get to sit down and make money I think you should chill the fuck out. Cause what ever it is you do, ai will do it soon so relax and stop looking for who has it better.. that’s how all this bad stuff with victims and racism happened. Get off Facebook and twitter

My answer is always...If I am worth that much today since I am leaving or left....Why wasn't I worth that much the days I was working? I have actually been back paid for up to 6 months with that question. If they can't answer it...I tell them then they can't afford me.

I have no respect for someone that buys a house and can't maintain their own lawn in a little suburb. They will gladly sit inside watching TV as their lawn is mowed. It's not healthy to work a sedentary job then delegate any physical tasks to someone else.

Why can't you be successful at multiple things? Successful at 1? Great! Can handle 7 successful businesses? Great!

Pretty sure time management is a part of that. If they are seven very different businesses you absolutely will not have the time to research how to be the best in all of them. Now if they're related or work together that might be okay, or if a few of them are just side hustles that are easy to do and don't require much improvement than fine

That’s some quick burn out..3.5 years. You want to see some burnout, I’ve been a nurse for 32 years and am definitely burn out..! Yea, it’s a grind. I work 4-5 shifts a week and it’s tough. However, I make around $170-180k/year. I’ve also run a side business for 42 years and know that selling the product isn’t easy. I’d have to see$300-400k for it to be worth working 4-8 every day and your day never ending. I can at least clock out and go home.

To be honest, I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about the job r/t no work/life balance, working long hours, pay not matching the amount of work, etc. I know what it takes to run a business and you had better have an extreme passion for it but I actually OWNED the business. It’s 24/7 and I wasn’t working for free sometimes but I dealt with it because I loved the business. You may be autonomous with the rep job but you DONT own the business and you still work for someone.

I want to add to that a lot of these positions revolve around being young and attractive. I’m 53 and really good looking but still 53..lol. I ain’t going to be a young attractive red head no matter how hard I try and I’ve heard a ton of those stories over 30+ years. Sex sells, PERIOD!

Hey Jacob, I've been watching for a while. One thing I can't find in your content and I swear I watched this video not so long ago is exactly what you did when you like, made the booklet of all the surgeons in the territory, then presented that to the company you wanted to work for? Do you mind reminding me where I can find that video or of the specifics?

Hi, thanks for sharing all of this information. I heard you mention around the middle of the video that there are sales positions where you can make between 100,000 and $200,000 working 30 to 40 hours per week although I am interested in your other videos. I do have a family and I have quickly realized that I need to be cautious with my expectations. Would you mind repeating the job position and that requires only 30 to 40 hours per week? I had a hard time understanding what you were saying. Thank you!

Hello from Buffalo NY! My name is Blake Russo I am a 22 year old registered nurse at a local level one trauma center here in Buffalo. I am ready to take my passion and talents into the medical device sales industry not to just fulfill my dream but to make my families dreams come true as well. I’m hungry. I’m driven. I don’t get sleep unless my work is done because I don’t need it unless it’s done. I’ve always been a 1% person when it comes to work ethic. I’m just looking to network with the right people to accomplish my dreams. I know my time is now!

Rescinding a job offer after making it because the hiring manager wanted an extra close comes off as a severe lack of integrity on the manager's part. I owe much of my success in sales to standing by my word. Great video! Always interesting to see other perspectives from the front lines of medical sales.

to a degree.. but make sure you stay long enough to accomplish something (product launch, president's club, marketing campaigns, whatever) so you can show you can deliver results. I've seen what he is saying happen IRL and I have also witnessed people hopping so much that you get 5 years down the line and companies start to not want to roll the dice on you, especially if the economy is only so-so. In the end, you are a commodity, so act like one (within reason)
