@Jacob, I am an Endovascular device rep in South Africa, 1 month in the job so far and really self-education is key but we need to know that its a patient centric business, its not about you or what yous selling but value to the staff and procedure. One book that I believe poeple should read & it did really change the dimension I see my life from is Ego is the enemy by Ryan Holiday. It helps keep that part of you in check that will ruin you if not...Great interview by the way...love your work, keep cooking...
