I panicked i clogged my trumpet up after cleaning it. Fortunately it was just valve number 3 turned the other way. Thank you very much for this tutorial, i would never have found the issue.

I played trumpet until the 9th grade when my band director switched me to tuba. That was 1971. I was an instrumental music major in college on track to be a HS band director but that didn't work out. So now, 53 years later, retired with time in my hands, I bought a cheap trumpet and I'm a beginner again. I love it. After a few weeks I almost sound decent. I'll never be a pro, but I'm only playing for fun.😊 🎺

Yeah endurance is the hardest part. I was blasting a solid double A by the end of the first week but had no endurance. Just goes to show everyone who thinks you need strength to have range is wrong.
