The sharks team Celebrini is on has top scorers at points of 32, 26, 24, 23, 22, 22(celebrini) as of 12/20/24 The hawks team bedard is on has top scorers at 26 (bedard), 21, 19, 16, 14, 14 Celebrini is having an amazing season but right off the bat his team has so much more offensive talent and support for him. The hawks have let bedard hung out to dry by giving his nothing so teams can completely cue on him to take him away then the team is essentially done. Celebrini can get cued on but then they have other players who can score. Apples to oranges in terms of team makeup. I think celebrini will have a better first two years then if bedard gets more support in a year or two he will start taking off.

How exactly? When it comes to veterans Hawks have Hall, Bertuzzi, Teravainen, Jones. Sharks have Toffoli, Granlund, Zetterlund Wennberg?. On paper Hawks should be stronger and they also invested a lot this offseasson to help Beddard. It is just bad coaching and bad performace overall. This argument is so invalid.

Holy glaze. This is just bad clickbait bs.Bedard's hockey iq is what makes him such a special prospect because so saying that Celebrini has a higher iq is just stupid. he plays a better 200ft game and he's great and tenacious but you are taking those two metrics and saying that celebrini has a higher ceiling than Bedard when that is just not true. Bedard's insticts are immaculate, there are several times when he sets up players for huge chances, but his bum linemates can't do anything with it, in fact a large part of why Bedard is struggling is that he passes to teamates way too much at the momment when they have next to no talent to actually drive the play further. Celebrini is doing well, but Sharks fans prove that they are neck and neck with Habs fans with their ability to glaze their own players out of this world. It's just over a quater season and people jump to wild conclusions "Celebrini>Bedard" Shut up.

I wouldn't say Sharks fans are overhyping just because this video. I think the expectation were actaully very moderate before this season. Everybody was downplaying Celebrini so it is just nice to be surprised so much. Would never tell Celebrini is definitely better then Beddard but just the fact that we can have this conversation is such a joy for Sharks fans. Also how is it glazing their own players if you just have so many proves that celebrini plays elite two way game as a 18 year old right now? Don't be so butthurt just because it is not going that well right now.
@odyssey9334Ай бұрын
@adamrendl8026 if youre excited that you have celebrini. No problem. He's a great player and he's gonna be nasty. But winning puck battles alone don't make you elite let alone generational. And SJS are literally calling him generational everywhere I see celebrini posts. Also every post about Bedard SJS floods with "Celebrini>Bedard", "Bedard overrated", and "overhyped Celebrini id better" comments, but they don't actually understand anything about hockey especially because Bedards best and pretty much only good teammate is teravinen, and he was playing under richardson who's offensive structures are incredibly bad. Celebrini is going to be great, but if your watching Bedard he shows you that he has next level potential that just isn't being cultivated well this season.
@TheEpicEndermanTVАй бұрын
@ honestly. If Bedard had some actually teammates that can play make and keep up with him he would be set. Hockey isn’t just a one man sport . You can’t win a game by your self the whole game
