Per Anaheim PD Facebook Press Release. The suspect, 31-year-old Milton Urquiza Cruz of San Pedro, was arrested without further incident. Urquiza Cruz was not struck by gunfire and was not injured. A firearm was recovered from the vehicle he was driving during the pursuit.

I was caught up in this not once but twice. I was going north on Harbor when he popped out from in front of a van coming right at me going south. The second time was when he turned around and was going north in the southbound lanes. I got a good chuckle when he bailed and started to tighten his belt while running. One of America's dumbest criminals there.
