Can you put the bow and quiver all one unit into a hard bow case ?

So when I’m all sighted in I would just go back to the default position and my top pin would be at 20? And would it match the 20 mark on the tape?

I have the ascent verdict 5 pin dial and want to use my 60 pin as my floater. So where would I start my sight tape, put the 60 on my red pointer indicator? So at 65-70 and onward I would use my dial?

Great review!! I prefer Black Gold. Best pins and auto dimming. They are light weight and rock solid. I have had the same BG sights for 10+ years. No issue ever. Upgraded the mount to a dovetail for only $80 direct from Black Gold. It was a good investment!

So my site tape ended up being 17. So I put it on the plate and the plate is already bottomed out on the bottom so I can’t get to 60. Am I missing something?? Can’t move the tape down any further either without cutting it.

Tip, cut the sticky edge of a post-it note and stick it on your Black Gold instead of marking the sight itself.

I ordred the same sight a few weeks ago. Heres my input, I do like it, but there are some things I really dont like. The main thing is that you have to crank the tensioner down REALLY TIGHT in order to keep the sight from moving while shooting or you will notice your shots drifting higher or lower as you shoot. The second thing I dont like is there is no way to change the dept of the sight with the Picatinny version. The last thing I dont like is the ring to adjust light exopsure on the optics, its not threaded like you might think, it is held on by these rubber buttons and its really fiddly kinda crappy design, you can pull the ring right off other than that, it is very well made precision sight.

I’ve only had fixed sights in the past, and I always had someone help me set them up.. this time around I put together a must fancier setup and I’m also trying to really learn to dial in sights on my own and this video was a massive assistance. Thank you very much for the knowledge.

I did all this and it worked at the static range but then took to a 3d range and I was low on every shot by quite a bit and only using the top pin and dialing to the correct yardage. What did I do wrong here? everything seemed good until it wasn't. Do I need to start over? if so and i end up with the same sight tape i'm worried it won't stick back on.

U dont wanna shoot in those set pins. Cuz u can be off with how u aim, etc. U really need to set your 3 tape markers to 0.25" apart, and that's it.. that way no matter where u dial youd sight. That will be the pins correct yds distance

Unless you an archer, I dont see the point of owning any kind of range finder these days unless they have some kind of ballistics solver in them...

The dial can you leave it “ unlocked” for quick adjustment? I hate that I’d have to unlock it to move it then lock it again. Can it remain unlocked and leave enough pressure on it where it won’t move unless you want it to?

I’ve always used fixed 5 or 7 pins but this is pretty neat. I exclusively hunt elk and mule deer in my state . It’s a spot and stalk always never sitting in a stand or blind my question is would you recommend this for my application? All the bulls I’ve taken have been 30 yards and mule deer 50-65 yards . When you dial the sight at longer distances is the 2nd pin gonna be useable at always the “ 15 yard” difference from the top pin? Example top pin is set to 60 then would the bottom be at 75 and be accurate?

Question ? Is this the same process for the vertical 2pin ?

If you don't have a gen 2 leveler ? U can use the simple bubble and glue in a short Velcro to the underside of the bubble and the other half of the Velcro to the base of the site so it won't move ...it works 👍🇺🇸💪🏾💯🎯perfectly 👏

Just to be clear, the bubble went left but you turn the screw toward the indicated direction to the right?

What do you do if your shoot your yardage past 60 for top pin is your scope housing as it comes down close to your fletching making contact?

Just use a left handed sight tape on the other side for your bonus pin. Just put the indicator on the yardage is. My bonus pin is 63 yard and I’m good out to 130 with my setup and all the yardages are good, just shooting with the bonus pin

I have a Hoyt torrex xt and have this sight. I have my vertical sight perfect but every time I shoot I’m consistently a little to the right and my sight doesn’t go any further to the right and I’m unsure on what to do.

If i did this setup, got my 60 yard groupings within 1 inch around the target. but when i go down to shoot 40 yards my groupings are all about 3-4 inches high. would that mean my fps sticker is incorrect? the 20 and 60 lined up great

My bow shop said in order to use the wheel on the fast Eddie, I’d have to change my anchor point. I thought this was weird since I just wanted to get 20 more yards out of my bow which is less than an inch of movement… is this true?
