How to level your Ultraview UV Slider sight and set 3rd axis

Just to be clear, the bubble went left but you turn the screw toward the indicated direction to the right?

Do you need to do 3rd axis at full draw or could you just angle it in a bow vise?

What happens if I correct the 3rd at a down 45 but the uphill 45 is way off?
