Qotd: If surge surfer was on other mons then it definitely shouldn’t work on all terrain, but since it’s only raichu it would help competitively. But, like, most abilities at least make a little sense as to why the Pokémon is able to do that, like Golem and sturdy, it doesn’t really make sense that Raichu the electric type would move faster with grass growing all around.

I think Surge Surfer should be able to double speed on any terrain because of that. That'll at least let it not worry about the Terrain being changed on it

So I think they all except Slyveon need a slight change to the stat distrubution, change one of the 65 to 75 and make the other 65 70 and the 60 45. move them around if needed, give one or two more coverage for some of them and I think they are all somewahtviable at the point

I'd give it and maybe all the Eevees a signature move. The other Eevees can just get their Let's Go moves.

I feel going through and giving each of the eevees a sig move would be huge... the 'lets go eevee' moves are mostly fine with a bit of tuning(Maybe Flareons and Jolteons get a base power nerf), then after that, I want our first proper bipedal Eeveelution in the form of a fighting type ready to throw hands, and then a flying type that's extra fluffy and looks kinda quadrapedial, except where legs and feet might go it instead has a cloud. Gives a nice contrast between them.

QotD: I'd give the next eeveelution a signature move in all honesty, or a signature ability. Hell maybe even both

QOTD: honestly I would just give all the eevee forms their respective let’s go eevee moves as I feel like aside from jolteon having a cracked thunderbolt with guarantee paralysis, all of the moves are fair and will give the eevee forms competitive personality instead of being marketable plushies for the casual fans

QotD: I honestly think that base Ninetales is being overlooked a bit, specifically on those faster sun teams like the one Joe Ugarte got second at Louisville with. You could run it with the same moveset, you have a comparable special attack, and are faster than pokemon like Gholdengo. On the variants like what Marco Silva used that have a TR mode I understand Torkoal being preferred, but if there's no TR mode and with weather wars almost always being based on what's in the back I do think Kanto Ninetales could actually work.

I love Maine's hatred towards Dondozo players, it just feels amazing to know that I'm not the only one that hates it so much (except surf Dozo players, because that's cool tech). QotD: I'd love a regional variant of Luxray that's based on a snow leopard, Electric and Ice Type that has actually decent speed to go with that attack stat because regional variants can and should have different stat spreads than their counterparts (see Alolan Ninetales). Not asking for any crazy speed, but maybe let it crack base 90?
