The best tailwind setter is tough. Taloneflame is obviously good, but I almost think its better as a turn 1 nuke with brave bird. Whims is probably a bit more consistent, but it doesn't have that immediately threatening thing that taloneglane has going on. Murrow feels a bit behind them. And then the non-priority setters feel a bit fraudulent to me. I'm give you an inside scoop tho. Best tr setter is actually porygon-2. Porygon is cracked this regulation ngl
