Pressing the space bar doesn't pause and unpause the video like normal. Clicking on the video one time doesn't work either. You have to click two times which is unusual. The normal keyboard and mouse video controls aren't working. That could by why views drop 50% on part 2 and more on the last two.

Ira. I like your old example. It was good reporting. I learned something about the sorghum. Of course it wasnt a little N'az video. You are being too hard on yourself. As a hopeful musician and singer. I am the poster boy for this video. They say write a hundred songs well my site has 20 songs from the 250 on up range. Still, as many voice lessons as one does, you cant make a silk purse out of a sows ear even with auto tune.

Diction so much better here than on radio!

Interesting dialogue but - why is the entire presentation out of focus? Is that on purpose to emphasize that it's the dialogue that is important? I don't get it. Probably just me but it certainly detracts from the presentation for me. I can hardly wait to click off. Maybe it is my eyes.

To me the video is not important. I focus on the information provided, which is great!

so for writing fiction, I would say to write in your own voice instead of imitating Terry Pratchett or Ursula K Le Guin. Of course, finding your own voice is difficult and maybe imitation can help find your voice. Second is people or the other characters and the reflections between the protag and characters. I immediately think about changing perspectives to other characters for some amount of words (maybe just a chapter or even a paragraph?) but I'm not so sure about that understanding

so for fiction, "abandoning crap" mindset would be making different stories (in whatever medium) for some length (let's arbitrarily say 3-5 chapters) and deciding if that week's creation is crap or worth pursuing. I'll also add something (that I think is useful in this context): you don't need to delete the story by completely destroying the file. You can just put it in a junk heap file, and come back if you feel like there was something good that can be used for a different story. Basically plagiarize yourself

I saw about ten episodes of this boring show, I think the themes and topics that it covers are uninteresting and unimportant.... There are many shows that are FAR more interesting: "This is life" with Lisa Ling, or many others, literally any other show is more entertaining and informative!!
