I take two after breakfast and two after dinner and I don't have any issues. I am a little over a month in and im shocked how much I notice already its crazy I am reccommending to everyone!!! I have tried every other hair supp under the sun and nothing does anything for me.

Reaching 40 and seeing my hair thinning was not it and was thinking about trying Nutrafol but dont want it revered or worse when i decide to stop. Anyone who says after a month of taking a supplement and says I see immediate results, I will automatically question that. It takes 3-6 months to notice actual changes, been dealing with hair loss for almost 10 years, I would know.

I remember when I got diagnosed back in 2020 I was crushed because of knowing there was no cure and the possibility of having trouble convincing. With the help of birth control, weight management I became pregnant with no fertility intervention in 2022 and gave birth in January 2023 to a healthy baby boy 🩵 Today I feel amazing then ever I still continue with weight management that has tremendously helped my PCOS in the last 4 years since being diagnosed. PCOS is a diagnosis but it will not define me ❤ love your video and the awareness!!!
