I’ve been thinking about becoming a doula. Found your channel and I love your level of knowledge. Is it possible to chat with you for a small time? I am a mom of three and work a full time job so I understand time is limited. Anytime you have available is greatly appreciated.

I’m a first time mother of a 5 month old. I didn’t know how adverse some women are to cosleeping until I posted a comment on a KZbin video saying I cosleep. It was like they were demonizing women who choose to cosleep and swear I am going to kill my child. It’s wild. Thanks for spreading this message!

She is so right! I was clueless an screamed my head off both times giving birth! It was the most horrifying experience I ever had!!! Scard me so much I had my tubes clamped to make sure I would never got pregnant again!!! It still scares me to this day! Such a violent experience. ☹️😭😱

How old was your little one when you started? I’m looking into becoming a doula, but my son is 6 months old and I’m worried about the time I’d have to spend away from him and how manageable it would be.

He was around 9 months when I took my first client and we weren’t breastfeeding anymore. Is the time away from him hard, yes, absolutely. But I spend less time away with him because I own my own business, I trust he’s in great hands when I do need to go and know all parents have to take this step - so don’t let that guilt sneak in!

Facebook! I posted in a Mom Group saying I was a New Doula and she was due next month and paid me $150! She has given me five referrals now and we’re planning her next homebirth for this fall 💜

One thing I'm struggling with, as an upcoming doula (I'm in the process of becoming certified), is the idea that I will have to decline people. I will be the only doula within 200 miles. How do you say no gently? This is the one thing about which I've been truly stressing.

Very valid! Don’t overthink it. You will be too busy with families who are paying for your services and know your worth! You just say I am so sorry I don’t have availability for your due date, but I can offer you childbirth education or postpartum care and then send them on their way! Put availability on your website before hand too! Overtime I’m sure new Birthworkers will appear so build relationships, and then you can refer 🥰

Oh you should focus on getting clients first, it’s hard to build a clientele in the first place because not a lot of people know what a doula is

Your video content is really good .But views and subscribers are much lower. To increase subscribers and views , you need to do channel SEO meaning your videos are not fully SEO. SEO is not friendly to your title . The SEO score is very low .SEO score you have to do 80 over. The main reason why videos go viral is because of video SEO and organic promotion . If you do SEO and promotion then lots of views and subscribers will come to your channel and you will be able to monetize your channel in a few days . I can help you .If you want I will work on your channel for free for 2 days. Then if your channel gets good results. Then let me work on your channel.

For so long, I blamed myself when I realized I should be blaming pants companies! Find your favourite pairs and grab them in a size up and a size down to fit your body best and no, it’s them, not you! You are freaking gorgeous 🤍

Beautiful message and advice. There are way too many women (and men) who judge a post-partum body harshly, so watching a young mother be appreciative of her body and motherhood is a welcome sight. The husband deserves compliments too for being the way he is, loving his wife, and helping her appreciate herself.

Hi gorgeous! Breath when pushing. No hands in the vagina canal EVER, learn to respect the tissues! Warm compress. Water birth. Switching positions. Not being in lithotomy position! Excited for you 🤍🤍🤍
