I came thinking it was the Rolling Stones tune of the same name! I stayed because it was an awesome lesson. Very interesting chord changes and rhythm make it a cool song. I’m going to learn this one next!

great tutorial. What kind of ukulele is that? low G? Greetings from Germany

Yes, Lucy. That's a Low G. My Mic was doing funny things so it sounds kinda thin sometimes. It's my custom Scott Wise Tenor. Most beautiful Uke I own. Here's the story of how I got it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qXWwaqKcnK6mqJo

Even when I slow its down it’s too fast for me😭 I tried following along to the individual chords but my fourth string is not low? I’m not sure if I have the wrong ukulele. I’m just starting out lol

I really enjoyed this Thank you. I really like this song and did a cover of it 4 years ago with guitar and vocal. Thanks again. Reply

Great tune. Saved this one to learn later. I suppose if I want it in D I just add a capo on 2nd. Or, do you recommend transposing and learning the chords for key of D?

I’ve been checking out all the ukulele tutorials for “Paint it Black” and this one has it all in one place. I think you also do it in the best key for the song. Just subscribed and am going to work on this song for my next jam session. If you see it posted on my youtube channel, I learned it here!

Loved this. I know you did this a whole ago, but have finally moved from an entry level uke, to an intermediate. Love the sound, been playing more every day. Thanks for your videos!

Just posted my error- filled key of C fingerpicked arrangement to UUF. Wishing I’d seen this first!😮 I particularly appreciate your demonstrating the island strum which sounds excellent for this great tune! My request: The Girl From Ipanema
