thank you! but what happens when I need a 30 minute count down??? :D
@BradleyTeaches9 күн бұрын
Two things… a 30 minute timer is really long 😆 and there is a max fields allowed for canva- which I’m sure you’ve discovered. What I would do is make several timers and combine them into a single video. 30-27, 26:59-23:59, etc. export each as a video from Canva, make a new Canva video and bring in all the smaller videos, export the combined videos.

How to do the thumbnail of your own image?
@BradleyTeachesАй бұрын
That’s my secret 🤫 just kidding 😆 it’s a built in feature of Apple devices (the ‘Memoji’) with a little editing that can probably be done in canva, making the whole process free. I guess it’s time for a tutorial video on how I make them. There may be apps that do them (if you’re not an Apple user), but I haven’t explored them.
@shoufenАй бұрын
@ thank you. I am using my iPad. I didn’t find Memoji feature. Expecting your emoji tutorial.
@BradleyTeachesАй бұрын
+@shoufen go to your messages. Right next to the area to type your message click the plus (+), click ‘more’ then ‘Memoji’. You can build a new Memoji there. After you build it come back to messages click the plus again, but this time pick camera. You’ll show up on screen. Click the funny looking star then you’ll see other things you can do, pick the little icon w/ cartoon heads in it (this is your Memoji setting). The Memoji head you made will cover your face. Now make goofy faces and screen shot them. Open screen shots in canva and delete the background. Now you have Memoji cartoon heads you can use for different things. *I’ll make a video soon 😁*

Thank you so much. Question for you though. Now tht it’s made, how do you apply it to the KZbin live through a stream software
@BradleyTeaches2 ай бұрын
+@lisetabercrittersninkdesig7911 the graphics are implemented through your life streaming software- I use eCamm (Mac only) but there are many others. If your app has overlay capabilities- and most do- that’s how you add the graphics you’ve made. Streaming ‘to’ KZbin is a function of your software.
@lisetabercrittersninkdesig79112 ай бұрын
Would this work the same with Streamlabs?
@BradleyTeaches2 ай бұрын
+@lisetabercrittersninkdesig7911 streamlabs will let you add a video file to your stream, so the exported file should work.

Thank you so much! I’ve been struggling with this for days! I’d like to one that is semi transparent for a KZbin live. Any suggestions for how to make it?
@BradleyTeaches2 ай бұрын
+@lisetabercrittersninkdesig7911 you cannot export a semi transparent video from Canva, so that would not be possible. If your streaming app allows you to change the transparency of your overlays you could do it. Put the timer video on a layer above your video of the ‘presenter/speaker’ and turn down the transparency.

I'm having an issue that I need help with. I have a 45 second timer on a group of about 20 slides. I'm unable to skip to the next slide without letting the timer run all the way to 0, but I need the ability to jump to the next slide if needed, without using up all the time on the timer. Is this possible? If so, how..?
@BradleyTeaches2 ай бұрын
+@CoachRedmon this video is for the animation portion of a timer, not the “numbers”, being able to jump to the next slide/scene is dependent on the steaming software you’re using (or whatever app you added the animation to). Please give me more details.

But my question is - how do you make a phrase as ONE frame? I want to do something like "Don't Give Up" as a whole frame. Not individual letters or words. Any ideas?
@BradleyTeaches4 ай бұрын
Fill all the letters with one big image, that will make the word(s) a single frame. You could also fill each letter frame with the same image in canva then align them to make it seem like one fluid image (I did this in my video-filled letters tutorial)

Hi Bradley, how would you create an object that has mutiple frames inside of it. For example the number 7 with 7 photos frames inside or a picture of a dog which you can split into mutiple frames to fill with photo of your pet. I’m totally lost with how to go about this. Really appreciate your work!
@BradleyTeaches4 ай бұрын
I understand what you’re saying and I could do this with another app (like Adobe illustrator), not entirely sure how/if it can be done with this app… basically what you want to do is create a ‘puzzle’ and each piece is a different frame fillable with a photo- when combined together they make a dog, or 7 or whatever the whole shape would be.

This is a great video. Do you know how I would customize the spreadsheet to show days instead of hours/seconds?
@BradleyTeaches5 ай бұрын
If I’m understanding you, you want “Sunday through Saturday” and not numbers, right? I’m thinking for that since it’s only 7, to do the first set then copy them, select as many fields under that set as you want filled with that info, then paste. The spreadsheet will paste that series of seven over and over to fill the fields you selected.

@@BradleyTeaches I appreciate the time you're taking to look into this. I want to embed some kind of animated daily countdown "timer" on a private group FB page to show the number of days until our retreat starts (November 24 of this year).
@BradleyTeaches5 ай бұрын
@goandwrite what is the daily animation? I’m trying to envision this… could a daily static graphic saying “x days left until x” work? I’m thinking of this animation and it would be huge (to have some sort of ‘time’ ticking off every day) and a bit redundant to have it up every day until the event.

Hello, thank you for this fantastic video! Question: I want to put a moving colored background behind my countdown numbers. I can add a moving background to each Canva slide, but then it starts the animation over each 1 second. How do I put a moving colored background behind my numbers that will just play behind the countdown without starting over every 1 second?
@BradleyTeaches7 ай бұрын
Thank you for watching! To have a single animated background you’d need to animate all the text on one “page”… very difficult/tedious, or have a 1 second seamless looping video. Unfortunately Canva doesn’t have an option (yet) to play a single video across multiple pages.
