My pinkway cuts so much better than yours. It revs like crazy and does not bog down. I cut a 30 inch white oak yesterday and the chips were flying like crazy and was through it in no time. So I think yours needs some adjustment.

Is this saw accurate clone of a stihl ? If so what brand and model does it copy.

that thing is running way to rich. Cool looking saw though. trying adjusting the High jet leaner and it should sound like a real saw and cut probably 5 times better lol.

The thing that bothers me about stuff like this saw, poor metallurgy is not limited to the chain. Chains are easy to change out, pistons and cylinders not so much.

Very nice! Such a beautiful part of the state you live and farm in. Great lineup of Red power! Love the 1460, that's what I run also. I've spent some time in NE Iowa, mainly in my youth but never as far North as the upper Iowa. There are supposed to be some big smallmouth bass in there. Once I get retired, from the factory, may have to harass them. You're also close to the land of great beer and cheese. Glad I stumbled on your channel.

Seeing your's is just 1 season old, you may want to unscrew the plastic cap off the opposite end of the hydraulic valve. My oregon 3000 is now 3 seasons old, and the detent stopped working; won't return to neutral when auto returning. There was considerable condensation inside that cap. And further disassembly showed the 4 balls and sleeve extremely grungy and rusty. Maybe an annual shot of wd40 inside that cap would prevent this. Yes, that Kohler is a cold blooded rascal. Full choke just to start it.. even on mild days. After it's warmed up, it's fine.

11:55 So I have a garwinner 6220g which is the same thing as this just a different color. Is this the ACK? Mine says 50/1 on it, although I've noticed that the pinkways says 25/1. I've been running it 40/1 on lucas semi synthetic after 1 gallon of 25/1 for break in. I would highly advise to do the paper air filter upgrade. The stock filter allows saw dust to pass through it, which is just going to make the saw not last as long as it possibly could. Runs much better with a good air filter, of course you gotta tune it just a bit for the filter.

My kids have asked why I’m so attached to it.
