Did this twit really say people who aren't good fighters are not good people? Yet he is, because he chooses to be a kind person. Arrogant

To some people, others have multiple gods. Some people believe God and the universe are the same. Some are still trying to find their beliefs. All fine.

Massive kudos on this chat. Jumping out of a plane is less scary than vulnerability, and to recognise this, articulate the experience of it, and then share it as part of your own journey is 👏👏👏👏 exactly what we need more of

Pioneering to have this level of bloke with all the credibility he brings, finally advocating for this sense of self - accountability. Inspiring and much needed right now given the current one hit wonders within societies male influence. This is what true mental resilience, and positive masculinity looks like. Keep smashing it AB

Interesting fact about crying. Tears of sadness contain different body chemicals than tears of happiness. Scientists believe it is the body's need to expell them. Not so sure why we need to expell the chemicals in happy tears, though.

Hard to know what to say after watching this, brilliant podcast. Hopefully seeing the two of you baring it all will help other people to do the same. More proof that on the outside people may look like they have it all together and are living a perfect life but are battling inside with their own issues. Really looking forward to the next episode. Thankyou both of you ❤

@5:45 John says "I am naive" No you are not... you practice humility. Practicing humility is the smartest thing. Don't bs me, guy. I know someone who practices humility when I see one.
@xc3ptiona17 ай бұрын
And after John says he is naive; he goes on to explain how he does things to practice humility. Listen buddy, I love you and your approach, but you aren't going to fool me, you practice humility to gradually know things.
