Yeah you need more than bjj for that, bj:s works for me when Im off the mat (sometimes on too, when gym is close, jiu jitsu got me really flexible).

U mean best No Gi Bjj competitor. There are better wrestlers , judo practitioners and GI bjj guys lol. There are also guys at 77kg and under who are similarly skilled but those divisions are way more stacked in skill but they aint ever gonna win the absolutes at adcc cause they are simply not born big
