Theoretically, the knowledge of declining dominance of a player to himself in a game incentivizes the failing player to disrupt the game at all cost using its available resources. From an academic perspective, India must muster all its strength to protects itself to weather the decline of west, even if it is a fact that India had no role to play in this process.
