Just new to gardening. You’re chopping everything down and laying it on the beds. Do you leave the stuff to rot down and fertilise the beds. Really enjoy watching your videos. Thank You.

Wow, Tony, very impressed. They look huge. I tried growing them once all the way down the other end of the country in Cornwall, and they were rubbish compared to yours. Fantastic

Hi Tony, I'm in Fife Scotland and tried this year. I had amazing growth on the top of the plant so had high hopes, but when I turned the planter out all I had was roots without a single tuber to show. There is always next year to try again I suppose.

Well done! Would they have grown bigger in the ground? Maybe the pot was restrictive. Bit hard in the polytunnel I guess. Enjoy!

Tony congratulates on your sweet potato harvest. I never wash them off until I’m ready to cook them, please make sure they are dry before you go through the curing process. I use insulated grocery bags that we use to keep cold items cold coming from the store to home, they stay in there for two to three weeks, then into cardboard boxes until they are going to be eaten. Happy Gardening from Southern California.

Don’t be surprised if you have sweet potatoes growing in the raised bed that you dumped the soil in , I never get all of the fine roots out and they regrow plants every year.

Nice. Well the thumbnail kind of gave it away but I did actually think has he just been to the supermarket and bought a couple of sweet potatoes to trick us.

Those fittings r exactly what I needed to see. Every video of a fallen tunnel shows that they break where the 3 pieces come together. Thank u🙏

Congrats, Tony! Sweet Potatoes grow well for us in Southern Indiana, US as long as the deer don't eat the tops too many times. Remember to let them cure for a couple of weeks and the little ones will go bad first so eat them first. cheers!
